Praise God
So, my lovely car, which is described below, was taken to the shop. Not generally a good thing since, lets face it, mechanics don't exactly have the best reputaion. Thankfully, I was connected with a guy who is honest. Hard to believe, but true none the less. He found several things wrong with my car but the end bill came out to only 130.40. Now my car runs like a champ. Yeah!

That brings my total car amount to 430.40 plus various fluids.
Glad you found someone reliable. I'm always scared to take the cars anywhere. Bad experiences of us and others in the past. We took both vehicles to les schwab last summer for brakes and rotors, Yikes! But we felt they did a good job and didn't do more than we asked etc.
I like Les Schwab. They seem to do great work. Speeking of rotors and such, yesterday while on my way to work, I spaced off (got lost in a day dream) and side swiped a curb. Yikes!
